GREEN PAYS ON GREEN DAYS

Partners for Clean Air is a coalition dedicated to cleaner air in the Chicagoland area. Partners for Clean Air brings together organizations and individuals all committed to improving air quality.

Each summer, Partners for Clean Air and the Illinois EPA lead “Green Pays on Green Days,” a public education initiative that encourages individuals in the Chicago metropolitan region to take action to reduce air pollution. Because it's not just vehicles and industry that cause pollution, it's the decisions all of us make daily.

When you turn up your thermostat just a few degrees during summer or you switch to compact fluorescent light bulbs, you may help prevent an Air Pollution Action Day. When it comes to air quality and global warming, the more we know, the easier we'll breathe. Let's all make a difference this summer!
