An NBC5 cameraman captures the big moment, as Brant Miller announces the name of the grand prize winner

During the summer of 2007, the Partners for Clean Air sponsored the Green Pays on Green Days program. The program encouraged people to take action to fight air pollution by pledging to do "just one thing" for cleaner air. Participants were then entered in the contest to win the grand prize -a hybrid Toyota Prius. Breathe Easy Man, the clean air superhero for Illinois, appeared at events across Chicagoland to educate residents about how to reduce air pollution by taking individual action.
